Mother's Crepe

Today, we paid a visit to our favourite Crepe store-Mother's Crepe, at Parramatta Westfield.

This is the first time I've been to the Parramatta Store and it is much bigger than the World Square one as there is a relatively open space for everyone to sit and enjoy within the store!

Today, we tried the Hot Nutella Crepe ($4.50) ; a simple but delicious option! The crepe itself is freshly made in store and is soft in texture with a slight crisp on its edges. The nutella is generously stuffed inside the crepe and as it is served hot, the rich chocolatey flavour immediately surges and melts in your mouth with each bite.

Nevertheless, I think i still prefer the crepes that contain more layers, which brings me back to the first time I had Mother's Crepe at the World Square Store. We had ordered the Caramel Strawberry Cheesecake Soft Ice Cream Crepe which was absolutely amazing. The dynamic mixture of creamy vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries and a layer of cheesecake was what made the crepe experience so remarkable and unforgettable.

Overall, Mother's Crepe is definitely my favourite crepe place in Sydney as they offer a wide array of options-from savoury to sweet in both hot and cold serves. Most importantly, the crepe itself is freshly made on the spot and its texture is done just right-not too soft and not too crunchy! It is also a great place to go if you prefer to customise your crepes as they provide many flavours of sauces and ice creams to choose from!
